Domestic Customers

EXPORT REQUIREMENTS

Laser Devices' products are controlled for export purposes under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and require U.S. Government authorization prior to the export or transfer to a non-U.S. Person.

Visible laser products are subject to export controls imposed by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Contact Export@laserdevices.com for further information.

PAYMENT TERMS

$25.00 Minimum Order

All sales require prepayment unless other credit terms have been established with Laser Devices, Inc. Acceptable forms of payment are:

• U.S. Bank issued VISA or MASTERCARD
• Check or Money Order payable in U.S. Dollars

NO ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL PREPAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED OR PAYMENT TERMS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED.

SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are shipped Federal Express Ground and billed at standard rates. Expedited shipping is available—contact sales@laserdevices.com for rates. A handling charge of 50¢ per pound will be charged on all shipments. Unless insurance is provided by the customer, insurance will be charged at $1.00 per $1,000 value. Drop shipments will incur an additional charge of $10 per shipment.

International Customers

• International customers seeking to purchase a visible laser GREATER than 5mW or ANY Infrared laser device must submit a $250.00 State Department License application fee.
• Visible lasers less than 5mW require a Commerce Department Export License unless they are being purchased from a NATO country, Australia or Japan. NOTE: Laser Borelights and the LaserBlaster firearms training devices do not require an Export License license.
• Many of Laser Devices’ products are subject to ITAR regulations. Please contact Export@laserdevices.com for further information.

SHIPPING TERMS

International orders are quoted based on INCOTERMS: EX-WORKS Monterey, CA. Shipping charges are based on Federal Express International Priority. Large orders may ship Airfreight at a lower rate. ITAR items are shipped DHL only. Customer is responsible for all freight, VAT, duties and Customs clearance fees. A handling charge of 50¢ per pound will be charged on all shipments. Unless insurance is provided by the customer, insurance will be charged at $1.00 per $1,000 value.
